bayun shan

may 2007, finally climb the most famous mountain in gz..bayun shan - white cloud mountain - manage to get few of us go together..it is a good walk up the mountain, not as bad meaning as difficult to climb as expected, big tarred road all the way up the mountain, but quick alot of people, pack actually when started..mid way still ok..

ding hu shan

june 2007, decided to go to this place after seeing quick a good ads of mineral water from this mountain..ding hu shan..it basically mean in the moutain there is a lake and a giant ancient chinese "ding" something that use to burn the prayer paper, i think so..on the top of the mountain as shown in this picture..alot of walking from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain..another thing to see is the ' pai chek hua", of kind of parasite flower, but june is not the best time, there are still some, but not look as good as initial, the flower turn yellowish..

qi xing hu

some where july 2007, bit hot actually..went to this place which is the small guilin for guangdong, direct translate mean - 7 star lake (qi xing hu)...quick a good place to visit a one day tour..as usual took the bus there from gz station..easy to get there, when arrive, just a walking distance to the small port where you can take boat there..

kaipeng

oct 2007, for one of lonely weekend in gz, i took the bus by myself went to this newly declare world herritage town..bus journey took about 2 hours from gz to kaipeng, then i still need to take a local bus from town to this place..about another 45 mins..then need to walk from main road into this house estate..to be honest it is not ver convenient to travel by bus..best is travel by car because this is not the only housing estate there are many along the way..the place is very good for photographer..many good picture can be taken here..i would say no regret to visit this place..

Guilin

oct 2007, manage to make trip to guilin finally..being in guangzhou for almost a year..took a friday night train and arrive there in the early morning at guilin train station..apparently the train condition is not bad and the fare also not very cheap..cannot remember how much but i think totally we spend about rmb 1000 plus for a weekend trip there...this is the mud bath that we enjoy with and it purify our skin..it is kind of skin care technique for local ..it is inside a cave..to be honest the mub is very dirty..shitss...i think i accidently tasted some of it..no joke man..hell dirty and taste shits..looking back..cannot imgaine how i can put myself into these shits mud..

dec 2007, travel by car to Jiedong, one of the pepsi plant in guangdong, china. we stay in the river front hotel. there is a water foundtain and light show which they claim to be the tallest in asia..see the pic..just use the idiot camera so the lighting effect not so good..

cambodia

dec 2008..first time coming to indochina -cambodia - phonm penh..stay in sunway hotel, opposite usa embassy..this city is not as big as expected as compare to jarkata which huge, but the rich and poor gap is also big. first impression like go back 20 years..

the picture of the king sound funny for me..huge and it basically look like someone which already pass away and they put a picture there...
